Sign via WhatsApp lets signatories complete a document entirely through a chatbot-guided conversation, without installing any additional app. The whole signing journey, from receiving the document to confirming the signature, is guided step by step inside the chat.

How it works

The signer receives a WhatsApp message with a link to the document and a short explanation of the process. A conversational assistant guides them through reviewing the document, verifying their identity where required, and applying their signature, all without leaving the WhatsApp app. Once completed, both parties receive the signed document and its audit trail.
